The Badhaus is ideally located – just a few steps from the Adler Bridge, in the historic center of Brixen and right in the heart of the quarter. Around the corner, our restaurant Alter Schlachthof awaits you with a garden terrace, creative drinks, culinary highlights, inviting architecture, and a vibrant mix of music and art. Cathedral Square, public transport, and all other Brixen highlights are just a short walk away.
From the train station, you can reach us on foot in about 15–20 minutes; from the bus station, it’s just a 10-minute walk. The nearest city bus stops are Adlerbrücke and Maria-Hueber-Platz. For regional buses, please use the Abzweigung Elvaserstraße stop.
If you are arriving by car or motorbike, we will gladly reserve a parking space for you on request in our private “Viertel Garage” (approx. 300 m away) at a rate of €25.00/day for cars or €12.50/day for motorbikes. To complete the registration, we kindly ask you to provide your license plate number in advance.
Please note: our house is located in a pedestrian zone, so it is not possible to drive directly up to the entrance for check-in.
Those who travel sustainably begin their holiday on the way – without traffic jams or the hassle of parking. Brixen train station is well connected, and from there you can reach the Badhaus easily on foot or by Citybus.

The Boutique Hotel Badhaus is located directly on the Brenner–Bolzano cycling route, a section of the cross-border Munich–Verona bike path. We offer a lockable bicycle storage room where your bikes can be safely stored.

Parking in the Viertel Garage
Our modern design garage is located at Obere Schutzengelgasse 24–26, just 300 m from the hotel, and also features charging stations for electric cars. On request, we will reserve a parking space for you at €25/day for cars or €12.50/day for motorbikes.
