Place with character.

Some places can be felt – because they were created with care, time, and a very particular spirit.

The “Padhaus” was once a place for personal care and social exchange. Bath attendants were responsible for steam and tub baths, as well as basic medical treatments.

The architects’ idea was to reactivate the historic axes within this urban gap and open up the inner part of the quarter — so that life could meet here once again.

Der weisse Turm in Brixen
Tradition meets modernity. Tradition meets modernity. Tradition meets modernity.
Tradition meets modernity. Tradition meets modernity. Tradition meets modernity.

Architecture with soul.

Nothing here is by chance. Copper pipes that recall the historic bathhouse. Warm ash wood grounding You beneath Your feet. Soft light filtering through finely grooved glass, filling the room with atmosphere. Every corner speaks of attention to detail and the desire to create a place that not only hosts You, but embraces and inspires You.

Design meets well-being.

An architectural statement on the outside, an invitation to linger on the inside. Clean lines, natural materials, an aesthetic that leaves room to breathe. You decide: retreat or connection, experience or relaxation – or perhaps all of it at once?

Your story begins.

Whether it’s a stroll through the old town, a glass of South Tyrolean wine, a house-brewed Viertel beer at the Viertel Bar, or the first mindful exhale in Your room – the Badhaus marks the beginning of a getaway that belongs entirely to You.
