GTC and cancellation insurance

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
• For cancellations made 6 days or more before arrival, a fee of 50% of the total amount booked will be charged.
• In the event of late arrival, no-show or early departure: the entire value of the stay will be charged.
• The deposit of 30% paid in advance at the time of booking will always be retained.
